Welcome and Opening Session

We’re rounding the corner on another year of rapid change, with eCommerce touching more of the business than ever before.  In our opening session, Claire McBride, Director of CRC’s eCommerce Council, will set the stage for the 14 breakout sessions to follow as we’ll discuss how eCommerce has evolved over the last year and expanded its presence across the consumer funnel, spanning marketplaces, omnichannel platforms, retail media networks, social commerce, and more.  Along the way, we’ll share our most impactful insights to guide you into the next year of eCommerce growth, including supplier benchmarking data, consumer survey data, our latest retailer forecasts, and best practices from the supplier community.
