Lizzy Glazer brings over a decade of cross channel media strategy, planning and buying experience to Code3 - having worked for some of the largest media agencies in the world for Fortune 500 clients. In her current role, she leads Connections Strategy at Code3, bringing together media, creative and commerce services for clients - enabling them to maximize digital sales during a time when this is more critical than ever for financial stability and growth. 

Prior to Code3, Lizzy was a General Manager at ENGINE in New York. While at ENGINE she created and led the media division in the US. In this role, she secured and partnered with clients across the growth spectrum, while managing teams in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles that specialized in media planning, buying, programmatic, social, search, analytics and ad operations. Lizzy began her career at Neo@Ogilvy, and during this time she fell in love with the daily challenge of trying to improve performance and ROI for clients within digital media. Lizzy currently lives in Texas with her husband and enjoys playing golf, cooking and traveling. 




Jake Merrill

Jake Merrill is the Lead of Strategy and Growth for the Commerce team at Code3. In this role, Jake works with brands to ensure their ecommerce strategy is aligned with their goals as they look to grow on marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart and Target.

With a background in paid and owned media, Jake has extensive experience translating business challenges into sound media game plans and working with agency teams to ensure the work will drive positive results.

Outside of work, you’ll find Jake competing in a variety of intramural sports leagues, going to concerts, or relaxing at home with his wife and two cats
